Sweet Potato Souffle Made Easy
Ahhh, Thanksgiving great food, great weather, football, family, friends and all the cooking!!! Jack’s Harvest wants to make things a little easier for you this year when it comes to your side dishes. We have already pureed your sweet potatoes into a velvety consistency and added the vanilla and cinnamon. Here is a delicious recipe (marshmallow optional, but highly encouraged!).
- 3 bags Jack’s Harvest Lip Smackin’ Sweet Potoatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 bag marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Add sugar, eggs, salt, butter, milk. Mix well and put in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 25 minutes. Place marshmallows and pecans on top and return to oven for about 5 minutes or until brown on top.
