24-hour notice
Within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will email you confirmation and a delivery schedule. Based on availability of seasonal organic produce, our inventory may be subject to change. We will contact you immediately to discuss any substitutions and ensure your satisfaction.

We pride ourselves on our high standards - and our delicious flavors. And we thoroughly inspect all orders and packaging prior to shipment. Due to the nature of this perishable food, we are unable to accept returns. If you have any issues with your Jack's Harvest baby food, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to share your concerns.
Safety first
To insure your Jack's Harvest baby food stays frozen during shipping, we pack it with dry ice. To dispose of any remaining dry ice, unwrap and leave at room temperature in a well-ventilated area. It will sublimate from a solid to a gas. Do not touch dry ice with your bare hands. Handle with care using an oven mitt, towel or tongs. Do not leave dry ice on a tiled or solid surface countertop as the extreme cold could crack it. Dry ice is a hazardous material. Keep dry ice away from children.
Keep frozen
Once your shipping box is opened, please put your Jack's Harvest baby food in the freezer immediately. Due to the delicate nature of this pure food, it will begin to defrost quickly. For advice on how to prepare and serve, read Serving Suggestions.
Recycle
For local deliveries, we encourage recycling and kindly ask that you leave any empty Jack's Harvest boxes by the front door for pick up at our next delivery.
