We offer nationwide shipping and local delivery to the metro Atlanta area. Your actual shipping method and amount will be calculated at checkout. If you live in metro Atlanta, be sure to check our retail listings for a store near you.
Once we receive your order, you will be sent email confirmation from PayPal. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive delivery confirmation from Fed Ex. We ship on Tuesday and all orders are delivered on or before Thursday of the same week. Orders received by 6pm on Sunday will be shipped on Tuesday. Orders received after 6pm on Sunday will be delivered the Tuesday of the following week. Please email us directly at info@jacksharvest.com with any changes to your order.
You do not need to be present to receive your order. Your Jack's Harvest will arrive in an insulated box with dry ice to ensure your food stays frozen for up to 24 hours. If you are not home (or have your hands too full to answer the door) we will leave it by the front door. Once you open the box, please put your baby food in the freezer immediately. Due to the delicate nature of this pure food, it will begin to defrost quickly.
For local deliveries, we encourage recycling and kindly ask that you leave any empty Jack's Harvest boxes by the front door for pick up at our next delivery.
